LIBERISSIMA is now accepting applications for its 2026 scholarship program, aimed at young people from Japan who wish to study at universities or graduate schools in Italy.

Through cultural, educational, and economic exchange between Japan and Italy, LIBERISSIMA supports young people as they take on new challenges and grow into the next generation of leaders.

We are offering this scholarship program with the hope that the knowledge and experiences gained in Italy will become a bridge connecting Japan and Italy in the future.

Inaugural Ceremony of Liberissima and introduction of Sardinia island.

We held the inaugural ceremony of the General Incorporated Association Liberissima, together with an event dedicated to introducing the Italian island of Sardinia.

During the event, Giovanni Piliarvu, photographer and president of the Associazione Isola Sardegna, took participants on a fascinating journey through the traditions, culture and history of the island, showing a glimpse of the island through his evocative photos.

In addition, Sommelier Excellence Satoshi Yabe presented and led a tasting of selected Sardinian wines that were paired with typical island dishes and music, giving the chance to offer everyone an authentic taste of Sardinian culture and warmth.

We sincerely thank all the guests who attended, as well as the Associazione Isola Sardegna for their valuable collaboration and generous support.

Japanese Cooking and cultural class for international students.

We held a Japanese cooking and cultural class by international students from Italy and South America.

It was filled with smiles and joy and participants showed great enthusiasm and curiosity towards Japanese culture.

Many of the students grew up watching anime, so they were excited to see a real ohitsu (traditional wooden rice container) for the first time outside of the anime world.

Through these cultural exchange activities, we hope to continue sharing the charm and beauty of Japanese culture with people from all around the world.
